Do you deliver outside New York?
We currently focus on the New York area. For addresses outside our delivery zone, contact us to see if we can arrange shipping.
How do I care for my new plant?
Each plant comes with a care card with light, water, and feeding tips. You can also ask us for advice when you visit or via our contact form.
Can I choose which plant I receive in my subscription?
You can share preferences (e.g. low light, pet-safe, size), and we select accordingly. We do not guarantee a specific species each month so we can rotate stock.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible with a photo. We will replace or refund in line with our return policy.
Do you offer gift subscriptions?
Yes. Share the recipient’s address and delivery preferences when you contact us, and we can set up a gift subscription.
